Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to purchases of digital products, masterclasses and related educational experiences offered by Sabrina John trading as The Felt Sense Woman™ through sabrinajohn.com and associated checkout pages.

By purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Purchase. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. About the Masterclass

Out of Survival Mode™: The Great Home Reset™ — Back-to-School Masterclass is a prerecorded 75-minute digital masterclass.

The founding Premiere is scheduled for:

28 July 2026 at 20:00 BST
15:00 EDT — New York
12:00 PDT — Los Angeles

The purchase price is £22, unless another price or promotion is clearly displayed at checkout.

Your purchase includes access to the digital masterclass and its accompanying companion workbook as described on the sales or checkout page.

The private watch link and companion workbook will be sent to the email address used at checkout before the scheduled Premiere.

2. Your Responsibility at Checkout

You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address when purchasing.

Please check your inbox, spam and junk folders for purchase confirmations and access information.

3. Digital Access and Personal Use

Your purchase is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, copy, resell, republish, distribute, upload, publicly share or commercially exploit the masterclass, workbook, private access links, recordings, frameworks or other paid materials without prior written permission.

Your ticket is for you, sweet Rose. Please do not publicly distribute or resell private access links or paid materials.

4. Cancellation Rights and Digital Content

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to online and distance contracts.

Where digital content is supplied during an applicable statutory cancellation period, we may ask for your express consent for digital supply to begin and for your acknowledgement that your right to cancel may be lost once supply of the digital content begins.

Where you have given the required express consent and acknowledgement and digital supply has begun, your statutory right to cancel may no longer apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have where digital content is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or where another statutory remedy applies.

5. Change-of-Mind Refunds

Subject always to your statutory rights, once digital content has been supplied or accessed following any legally required consent and acknowledgement, refunds are not offered simply because you change your mind, do not attend the scheduled Premiere, do not complete the masterclass, or decide the content is no longer suitable for your personal circumstances.

If you experience a genuine access problem, please contact thefeltsensewoman@gmail.com so we can investigate and provide reasonable assistance.

6. Premiere, Replay and Changes

The masterclass is prerecorded. Sabrina may join accompanying live chat or community interaction as capacity and motherhood allow, but live attendance or uninterrupted personal participation by Sabrina is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may make reasonable changes to scheduling, delivery method or platform where necessary.

If a material change is required, purchasers will be informed using the email address provided at checkout.

If the masterclass is cancelled by us and the purchased digital content is not supplied through a reasonable alternative arrangement, purchasers will receive an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law.

7. Educational and Informational Purpose

The masterclass and related materials are provided for educational, informational and reflective purposes.

They do not constitute medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice or other regulated professional advice.

References to ADHD, PMDD, hormonal fluctuations, mood, capacity, nervous-system experiences or related topics are educational and reflective in nature and are not a substitute for individual advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content, teaching materials, recordings, written materials, graphics and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.

This includes, where applicable, original branded names and frameworks such as The Felt Sense Woman™, The Felt Sense Home™, Out of Survival Mode™, The Great Home Reset™, The Predictable Inconsistency Method™, Decision Frictions™, The Friction Map™, Capacity Colours™, House Anchors™ and Borrow My Eyes™.

Purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Delivery may involve third-party platforms such as email providers, payment processors, video-hosting services or other digital platforms.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions wholly outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to help resolve genuine access issues relating to your purchase.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections that apply to them under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
